The holiday home for 13 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds, two bunk beds and a single bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a garden, a table tennis table, a jacuzzi, a football table and a billiard. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two baths or showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and there are two high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a stovetop, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The plot offers fjord views and the opportunity to enjoy the sun from several different terraces and nooks. The garden and terrace behind the house are fenced for the enjoyment of younger guests and four-legged friends. The garden also has a large trampoline and swing set with a tyre swing, baby swing and sensory swing (use the trampoline and swing set at your own risk and insurance). There is a new petanque court built in 2025. Approx. 250 m2 of new paved terraces and a large wooden terrace. Plenty of tables, garden chairs and two sun loungers. There's also a sandpit and a cave for the kids. New 7-person outdoor spa and activity room with table tennis, billiards, table football and darts. There is also a treadmill and rowing machine. The holiday home was built in 1997 and has been continuously renovated, most recently the floor plan was thoroughly modernised in 2022. The layout of the house is ideal for large families or if you are travelling together. The house entrance can be accessed from the front of the house or the back by the large terrace. There's plenty of space for shoes and jackets, as well as access to a practical storage room/utility room. At the heart of the house is the large living room in open connection with the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The living room also has a wood-burning stove and a TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services. The house also has another lovely living room with a sofa and TV with Chromecast. The rooms are distributed with one bedroom at the end of the living room with its ‘own’ entrance. The room has a double bed. At the other end of the house, together with the smaller living room, there are two spacious bedrooms and a smaller walk-through room with a single bed. One room has a double bed and cot, and the other has a double bed and bunk bed. The last beds can be found in the modern annex of the house, with two double bedrooms and space for creative expression or workspace. There's also a TV with Chromecast for your own services. The holiday home also has two nice bathrooms with showers. You'll find this holiday home in Lynderup - very close to the local golf course. The area is nice and quiet, inviting you to many good experiences on walks and the like. Not for hire for craftsmen and youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
