The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a table tennis table and a terrace. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a shower and a bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge, a fridge-freezer, a freezer and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a playground equipment and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, two stoves and a dishwasher.

Renovated, beautiful summer house located in a quiet natural area by Mossø, at the end of a closed road. The house is situated on a large plot with a wilderness bath and several cozy nooks where children can hide and play in the garden, swing, or jump on the trampoline (used at your own risk/insurance). The wilderness bath is heated with firewood, which can be purchased at the house. The kitchen is open to the main living room, so everyone can enjoy themselves and play games or retreat to the smaller living room, which has a wood-burning stove. The house has five bedrooms with double beds, one of which also has a bunk bed. The house has two bathrooms, one with a toilet and shower (without a spa bath) and the other with a toilet.There are two living rooms, one of which has a TV and Bluetooth speaker. Both living rooms have wood-burning stoves, high chairs, and children's games. This unique house on the edge of the forest has seven garden doors, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. In addition to games and play activities in the garden, there is a fire pit and an activity house with a table tennis table, darts, and various play equipment. The Gudenåen river runs alongside the small cottage area and can be reached 400 meters away, where there is a private green area, a boat dock, and swimming opportunities, as well as the option to privately rent the house's boat. In the area around the house, there are trails for hiking, forests for mountain biking, and good roads for road cycling. Not available for rental to youth groups or tradespeople.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
