The property offers plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors and play. The bright and invitingly furnished vacation home is practically equipped with a combined living/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen provides access to the rear terrace. The living room offers free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with Chromecast for streaming your own TV providers, and a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. A climate-friendly heat pump is also available. The kitchen has a stove, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and pleasant underfloor heating. The vacation home has three bedrooms to choose from: 1st room with a double bed (160x200 cm), 2nd room with bunk beds with two berths (90x200 cm), 3rd room with a single berth (90x200 cm). There are two covered terraces outside so you can enjoy the view in any weather. Relax in the hammock or on the garden furniture. There is a gas grill at the house. DanCenter does not provide any service or warranty for the garden trampoline and bicycles. These can only be used at your own risk. No rental to youth or craftsmen groups desired!For family vacations only.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
