The holiday home for 10 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with four bunk beds, three double beds and two single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heater. In addition there is a billiard, a football table, a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
