Well-kept holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna located on a large plot at the end of a cul-de-sac. Functional kitchen in open connection to the living room. Both kitchen and living room has tile floors with underfloor heating. The bathroom has also underfloor heating. There is an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove. High chair and cot, 4 bedrooms of which one is suited best for children with a small table and TV with DVD player (not possible to receive regular TV channels on this TV). Large, partly covered terrace and also a carport with tiles which you can also use as a terrace. Large lawn with swing, see-saw, sandpit and furthermore a small playroom adjacent to the shed. There is a fenced fireplace on the lawn. No letting to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
