The badroom is equipped with two baths or showers, two toilets and a sit bath.

The house is arranged on two levels with a kitchen and utility room, eight bedrooms and a common room of 80 m2. There are three toilets and bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a whirlpool. There are 2 high chairs, 2 cots, 2 dishwashers and 2 grills in the house. There is a DAB radio with Bluetooth, which allows you to play your own music. There is also Boxer TV. The house is built with the very best materials and has an extraordinary location. The house is heated by a pellet boiler. There is an opportunity for the children to play on the grounds. There is outdoor chess and a fire pit. There are plenty of opportunities for peace and quiet as the house is away from noise and traffic. The property is close to Lübker Golf and Djurs Sommerland. A good idea could be to bring your own bicycles, as the house is close to many bike routes. the walls have been painted white in the kitchen and living room, there is a new large bathroom on the 1st floor with two showers and on the ground floor a large 3D cinema with associated popcorn machine. there are 2 Weber charcoal grills and 2 ½ oven, and service for min. 50 people. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
