The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and four bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, three televisions and a game console. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace and there are two jacuzzis. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge, a tumble dryer and a freezer.

The summer house is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined kitchen/family room/living room. The house has a panoramic view of the fjord from several rooms in the house. The kitchen/family room features a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave/combi oven, Quooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, and separate freezer. The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet, and a Smart TV with apps, where you can stream your own TV services. In addition, there are German channels via satellite. Bright and beautiful high-quality bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. Here you will also find the house's 2-person spa bath. Guest bathroom of the same quality with bathtub, shower, and toilet. In addition, there is a washing machine and dryer in the entrance area of the house. The cottage has four bedrooms, all with quality beds, three of which have double beds (160 x 200) and one room with two bunk beds that can accommodate four people. The house offers several open/covered terraces with good garden furniture, lounge furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the fjord. The large wooden terrace also features the house's outdoor luxury hot tub for six people with panoramic views of the Limfjord. There is also an outdoor shower. Not available for rent to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
