The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a radio and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a garden and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with a bath or shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove and a stovetop.

Well-located holiday home, renovated in 2019 and 2020, with a large outdoor hot tub for 5 people and an outdoor shower with panoramic views of the Limfjord both inside and out. It is only approx. 350 meters to the Limfjord with a child-friendly beach and a bathing jetty, where you can catch crabs or fish, among other things. The holiday home is an energy-friendly house with a heat pump and thus allows for low consumption. There is a separate kitchen equipped with, among other things, ceramic hobs, a separate oven with grill and a fridge/freezer with a freezing capacity of 60 liters. Lovely bright living room with a pitched ceiling and large windows, where the panoramic view of the fjord can be enjoyed to perfection and with access to a large wooden terrace with sun loungers, good garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the fjord. The living room also offers comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV with international channels and a Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. Bathroom with bathing environment, shower and a combined washer/dryer. In addition, a guest bathroom with toilet and bathing environment. The house has three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and 1 room with bunk beds for 2 people. The cottage has a new roof and driveway in 2020. The garden is being renovated in autumn 2020 and spring 2021. This house is suitable for all seasons, not least due to the panoramic view of the Limfjord both inside and out, but also due to the large outdoor hot tub, which can be enjoyed in all kinds of weather. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
