The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a TV, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a conservatory and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with a shower and two toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a stovetop, a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Well maintained and well located cottage with whirlpool only approx. 200 m from the rushing North Sea and approx. 300 meters from Ferring lake. The cottage appears bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined living room and kitchen. The living room has modern furniture, flat screen TV with German channels and free Danish channels, radio, DVD player and free internet. There is a cozy wood stove for an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen has i.a. electric stove, microwave, extractor hood, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The house has three bedrooms, of which 1 room with a double bed and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. Bright bathroom with whirlpool, shower, bathing environment and comfortable underfloor heating. Guest bathroom with bathing environment and toilet. There is a cot and high chair for the little ones. An energy-saving heat pump has been installed, which reduces consumption. Open terrace with good garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
