The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds and four single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a table tennis table, a terrace and a billiard. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a freezer, a washing machine, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a coffee maker and a microwave.

The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet, and a Smart TV with apps, where you can stream your own TV services. In addition, there are German channels via satellite. Bright and beautiful high-quality bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. Guest bathroom of the same quality with bathtub, shower, and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the house. The cottage has four bedrooms, all with two high-quality single beds. In addition, there is a loft where four children can sleep.Not available for rental to youth or tradespeople groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
