The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

This spacious holiday apartment of 130 m² is furnished on the 1st floor of a beautifully preserved, former agricultural property. The apartment is located in the middle part of the characteristic U-shaped courtyard building, which was originally built in 1912 and thoroughly renovated in 2012. Here you get a unique combination of historic charm and modern comfort, as well as a special location with a view to two sides. From one balcony there is a view of Hjarbæk Fjord in the distance, while the other offers a quiet view of the local church. The apartment can accommodate up to seven guests in two large bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families or small groups. It includes a well-equipped kitchen with induction hobs and dishwasher, as well as a bright living room with a TV and Chromecast. Please note that there are no traditional TV channels – it is only possible to stream your own content via Chromecast. The apartment has its own entrance and access to the farm's outdoor areas. These are shared with the guests in the separate farmhouse, which also uses the courtyard. On the ground floor, directly below the apartment, there is a small antique/flea shop. It does not have fixed daily opening hours, but there may be activity and visitors during the daytime. Nature is right outside the door with only 500 meters to the fjord, which is ideal for kayaking or stand-up paddling. In addition, there is a short distance to both golf courses and the historic city of Viborg. Whether you enjoy your morning coffee in quiet surroundings or explore the area's many trails, the apartment forms a cozy and relaxed base for a stay in the Limfjord area.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
