This is a cozy holiday home close to the sea, nature and golf This is a bright and cozy holiday home of 50 m², decorated in a simple Nordic style with space for 2-4 people. The house is allergy-friendly, and therefore pets are not allowed. From the terrace there is a sea view and a view of the well-maintained 18-hole golf course. The house consists of an entrance hall, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Kitchen in open connection with the living room and two rooms. One room has a built-in double bed, and the other has an elevation double bed. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle. There is also fiber optic internet, 50” Smart TV with Chromecast and heat pump. There are also shared charging stations in the area. From the house it is approx. 350 meters to the beach and 2.8 km. to Østerby Harbour. Here you will find a cozy harbor environment, restaurants, cafes, fishmongers, supermarket and small shops. This is a good starting point for a holiday on Læsø – whether the days are spent on the beach, on a bike, on the golf course or just enjoying the peace and quiet of life on the island.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
