The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a balcony or terrace, a set of garden furniture and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer, a washing machine, two fridges and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Fantastic holiday home, partially renovated in 2020, located on a huge plot with a fenced terrace where the little ones can move around freely and safely just 500 meters from the Limfjord at Virksund. The cottage's garden provides ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet as well as the opportunity for ball games and play. In addition, there are several different cozy corners that are ideal for reading a good book while the kids play in the garden. The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump, allowing for lower consumption. The cottage is bright and welcoming and practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen/family room. The living room has modern furniture and a flat-screen TV with both German and Danish channels including TV2. There is a wood-burning stove for a cool summer evening or a rainy fall evening. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer with min. 60 liter freezer capacity and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. There are three bedrooms, all with good quality beds. The house is suitable for two families as there is also a large separate annex with a guest bathroom, utility room with washing machine, dryer and refrigerator plus a room with two single beds. There are several open terraces with good garden furniture and both gas and charcoal grills where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. Not available for youth and craftman groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
