The holiday home for 20 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with 14 single beds and six single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a table tennis table, a billiard, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a terrace, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with three toilets and three showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a coffee maker and a microwave.

Architect-designed quality summer house (2022) with swimming pool, luxury 6-person hot tub, and sauna barrel for 4 people, located approx. 500 meters from Limforden with a child-friendly beach. The summer house is energy efficient with an air/water heat pump, enabling lower consumption. There is underfloor heating throughout the house and air conditioning from energy-efficient systems. The house also offers an electric charger for charging electric cars. The cottage's swimming pool/wellness area includes an 18 m2 pool, which is also a saltwater swimming pool, requiring minimal use of chemicals and avoiding the smell of chlorine. The swimming pool measures 4.8 x 3.70 x 1.50 m. There is also a 4-person sauna. There is a bright bathroom with a bathing area, toilet, shower, and underfloor heating. The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is billiards, a table tennis table that can be placed on top of the billiards table, table football, darts, and a poker set including chips and a poker table. Outdoors, there is an in-ground trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance), a play tower, etc., and a soccer goal. The summer house is bright and inviting, with vaulted ceilings and spotlights. The house is practically designed with a combined kitchen/family room/living room.The kitchen/family room offers, among other things, a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, and separate freezer with a minimum capacity of 140 liters. The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet, flat-screen TV with German channels, and Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. The house has 3 bathrooms, all with bath, shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine in the house. High chairs are available for the little ones. The cottage has seven bedrooms, all with comfortable single beds. There is also a loft with six beds. There is direct access to the house's large wooden terrace, where you will find the house's outdoor hot tub for 6 people, which is automatically filled with water from the house's swimming pool and is therefore approx. 28 degrees Celsius and can be quickly heated to the desired temperature. There is also a sauna barrel and an outdoor shower. The house offers several open terraces with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and 2 gas grills, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. There is direct access from the living room to the house's large wooden terrace. The garden of the vacation home provides ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book. Not available for rental to youth groups or groups of tradespeople. For vacation stays only.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
