The holiday home for 26 persons has four bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with 18 single beds, five single folding beds and three bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a billiard, a football table, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with three showers and four toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and there are two cots.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

Architect-designed quality summer house (2025), out of the ordinary, with swimming pool, luxury 6-person hot tub and sauna barrel for 4 people, located approx. 500 meters from Limforden with its child-friendly beach. The holiday home is energy efficient with an air/water heat pump, enabling lower consumption. There is underfloor heating throughout the house and air conditioning from energy-efficient systems. The house also offers an electric charger for charging electric cars. The holiday home's swimming pool/wellness area offers, among other things, a 19 m2 pool, which is also a saltwater swimming pool, requiring minimal use of chemicals and avoiding the smell of chlorine. The swimming pool measures 3.8 x 5.00 x 1.40 m. There is a bright bathroom with a bathing area, toilet, shower, and underfloor heating. The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is billiards, a table tennis table that can be placed on top of the billiards table, table football, and darts. Outdoors, there is a petanque court, an in-ground trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance), a shelter, a play tower, etc., and soccer goals. The huge activity room is located in the basement, including a bar area, with direct access from the ground floor, and has a bathroom with shower and toilet. The summer house is bright and inviting, with high ceilings and spotlights. The house is practically designed with a combined kitchen/family room/living room. The kitchen/family room features a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, and separate freezer with a minimum capacity of 140 liters. The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet, flat-screen TV with German channels, and Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. The house has 4 bathrooms, 3 of which have a bathtub, shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine in the house. High chairs are available for the little ones. The vacation home has 9 bedrooms, all with good quality beds, 6 of which have 2 single beds and 3 of which have 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. In addition, there is a loft with 5 beds and 2 weekend beds for the little ones. The house is suitable for 18 adults and 8 children. There is direct access to the house's large wooden terrace, where you will find the house's outdoor hot tub for 6 people, which is automatically filled with water from the house's swimming pool and is therefore approx. 28 degrees Celsius and can be quickly heated to the desired temperature. There is also a sauna barrel and an outdoor shower. The house offers several open terraces with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and 2 gas grills, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. There is direct access from the living room to the house's large wooden terrace. The house also has a fire pit where you can enjoy roasting sausages and marshmallows or baking bread on a stick. A summer house that is out of the ordinary, suitable for all seasons, and a must-experience. From 2026, access to the water park at KulturCenter Skive (KCS) will be free. Not available for rent to youth groups or groups of tradespeople. For vacation stays only.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
