Holiday home located by Hemmet Strand just approx. 4 minutes walk from Ringkøbing Fjord. The many trees in the nature plot bring the house a very special atmosphere, squirrels and hares feel at home on the plot. The house and the fantastic terrace are secluded on the plot sheltered under the trees. From the living room there is access to the house's key place, the conservatory. Countless hours will surely be spent here. On the terrace there is a shower. From the 1st floor terrace you can see the water approx. 200 meters away. There are two kayaks for free use (used at your own risk / insurance). Hemmet Strand is ideal for play and sports for both children and adults. The water is shallow at the coast and therefore perfect for children. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
