Holiday home located only approx. 600 meters from the fjord with a good, child-friendly beach. In the cottage there is outside as well as inside what you will appreciate when the holiday goes to Bork Harbor. There is a built-in coffee machine, wine refrigerator and American refrigerator with ice cube maker. You will find plenty of space for up to six people here. Outside you will find the wooden terrace to the east and south, completely undisturbed and nice with optimal shelter conditions and a good opportunity to enjoy the sun all day long. The cottage is heated by air / air heat pump, electric heating and wood stove. Free admission to Outrup Golf Club on approved 9 hole course, can also be booked as pay & amp; play. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
