The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds, two bunk beds and a double folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a stereo, a TV, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a football table, a terrace, a billiard, a sauna and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two baths or showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a stove and a convection microwave.

Tasteful and bright cottage with whirlpool, sauna and activities suitable for several families located approx. 200 meters from the roaring North Sea. The house is handicap friendly both outdoors and indoors with i.a. paving stones with easy access to the house. The house was renovated in 2015 with a large activity room with 4-person whirlpool, Flat screen TV, Chromecast, PlayStation 4 with extra controls and plenty of space to play table tennis, pool, air hockey, table football and electronic darts. The room also has a staircase to the loft, sauna, bathing environment, shower, underfloor heating and access to a large terrace. The house is well furnished with a combined living room and kitchen with i.a. ceramic hob, separate oven and dishwasher. In the living room there is comfortable furniture, Flat screen TV with associated Chromecast, to which you can stream via your own streaming services, free, wireless internet and wood stove to spread coziness and warmth on a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. Large bathroom with bathing area, shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. The house has several terraces where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the North Sea as well as swings and sandpit for the kids. There is a large terrace with gas grill, garden furniture, table and bench set and 2 sun loungers. There is also a fenced dog yard. As a guest you have free access to the gym and internet café in Harboøre Hallen as well as free use of e.g. golf simulator, billiards, pool, table tennis, squash and badminton court. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
