The holiday home is a wonderful opportunity for those who want to enjoy peace, nature, and coziness in a simple and authentic setting. This cozy two-story cottage dates back to the 1930s and was officially registered in 1957. It offers 60 m² of living space spread over two floors and was renovated about 12 years ago. The house has retained its classic cottage atmosphere and can be used all year round. Heating is provided by a heat pump, electric heating, and a wood-burning stove, which creates a pleasant warmth in the cooler months. Layout:- Ground floor: Entrance hall, bedroom, children's room, storage room, and bathroom.- First floor: Open-plan kitchen and living room with two exits to a simple wooden terrace facing south and west, where you can enjoy the outdoors. In addition to the main house, there is a smaller annex with two extra beds. Close to the beach, nature, and experiences Located just a few steps from Grenaa Beach, you can start your day with a morning swim or a walk along the coast. The area offers beautiful dunes, forests, and rich opportunities for outdoor activities. The town of Grenaa is within easy reach, with shopping, restaurants, and attractions such as the Kattegat Center and the vibrant life around Grenå Marina. This vacation home is an ideal base for those who want a simple and relaxing vacation by the sea, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Pets are not allowed in the cottage, but we cannot guarantee that it is allergy-friendly.There is a refrigerator with freezer.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
