The holiday home for 30 persons has five bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds, 16 single beds and six single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a game console. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a table tennis table, a terrace, a football table, a billiard, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with five toilets and five showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

The cottage is located by Grenå Strand and therefore close to Djursland's many attractions and beautiful beaches. Whether you are looking for relaxation and tranquility or action and adventure, this large summer house has activities for everyone. Table tennis, billiards, table football, darts, and game consoles can all be found in the large activity room, where you can organize tournaments and compete to become the family's gaming champion. The games room also has its own bar with a refrigerator, where you can serve cold drinks after a round of action. For wellness lovers, the cottage's pool room is a paradise of relaxation. Take a dip in the hot tub or enjoy a quiet moment in the cottage's warm sauna. In your own 23 m2 swimming pool, you can swim and splash around for hours. It is equipped with Roman steps, a water slide, and a counter-current system. In the middle of the cottage, you will find the kitchen/family room with a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy sofa group, and a long dining table with room for 30 people, so the whole family can enjoy meals together. With two ovens, stoves, sinks, dishwashers, and plenty of refrigerator space, it is easy to prepare delicious food for many people. When it's time to turn in after a fun day, there are 12 double rooms in the pool house, divided into four sleeping areas, each with three rooms and one bathroom. The remaining six beds are distributed across the cottage's two lofts, which are located in the activity room. There is also an extra bathroom in the pool room, making a total of five bathrooms. The house has two high chairs and cots. The cottage has a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can relax while the children play in the garden, swing, or build sandcastles in the sandbox. The family's four-legged friends are of course also very welcome. There is a large outdoor play area and multi-purpose court, which is shared with guests from the neighboring house. There is something for children of all ages here. Everything from swing sets, play towers with slides and climbing frames to the large multi-purpose court. The multi-purpose court is covered with artificial grass and can be used for soccer, basketball, foot tennis, volleyball, and badminton.Next to the playground, you will find tables and benches where players and spectators can enjoy refreshments. In addition, the cottage has its own in-ground trampoline in the garden (use at your own risk/insurance). Last but not least, you will find a charging box that charges up to 11 kWh/hour for hybrid/electric cars with a 5-meter fixed cable for Type 2 plugs.Not available for rental to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
