On the ground floor there are three bedrooms as well as a good kitchen and dining room. On the 1st floor there are two rooms and a large living room with direct access to the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the Danish summer weather and the smell of the Kattegat. There is a hot tub and sauna for relaxation. Guest toilet. The house is heated with both electric heating and oil boiler. The house is surrounded by natural grounds, where nature grows wild. The cottage has a completely unique location in relation to the Kattegat and within a few minutes walk you are at Bønnerup Harbor. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
