The holiday home for 20 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with seven single beds, six single folding beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a game console and a heather. In addition there is a football table, a terrace, a billiard, a table tennis table, a sauna, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with three baths or showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a stovetop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

The vacation home has a 65 m² common room with a dining area and a modern kitchen. There are also six bedrooms, all with good sleeping comfort, as well as a large loft under the sloping roof with three additional sleeping places. In addition, there are 2 Weber grills, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and 2 cribs available in the house. In the basement, there is an activity room with air hockey, table soccer, and a game console. You can also relax outside on the large terrace and enjoy the beautiful sea view. The furnishings and amenities make it possible for several families or couples to stay here. It is only about 300 m to the nearest beach. The house also has a power outlet without a fixed cable for charging electric cars. No rentals to youth groups, please!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
