This modern holiday home (110 m²) is located in the scenic Gjern Bakker area and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four pleasant bedrooms. The sleeping arrangements are flexible, with all four bedrooms featuring two single beds each. The home provides essential comforts, including electric heating and a wood-burning stove in the living room, which also features a TV. A key highlight is the inclusion of two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with an indoor Jacuzzi (spa bath) for two persons and an indoor sauna for two, providing excellent relaxation facilities. The property is fully equipped for a convenient self-catering stay. The open kitchen/dining area features an electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A washing machine is also provided for laundry needs. The living area, with its open kitchen/dining concept, offers direct access to the terrace. The rental includes an Activity Card providing eight wristbands with free access to numerous local amenities and activities, such as a tropical water park, sports hall, playground, and many other leisure options for both children and adults. Please note, however, that the water park will be closed from January 4 to February 7, 2026. The house is set on a 240 m² natural plot and is centrally located for various activities. Restaurants and a grocery store are extremely close, both just 300 meters away. The home is also perfectly situated for golf enthusiasts, being only 590 meters from the Søhøjlandet Golf Club, which features both an 18-hole international course and a 9-hole short course. The distance to the beach is 6 km. Note that this property is not available for youth groupsA refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
