The house is situated on a large, secluded natural plot with plenty of space for play, relaxation, and pleasant moments outdoors. The beach is just a short walk from the house. Inside, there is room for up to 8 people across three bedrooms, as well as a cozy living room featuring a wood-burning stove and a Smart TV. Additionally, there is an activity room equipped with a table tennis table and darts. Not rented to youth groups or groups of tradespeople.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
