Designed and built by the owner using high-quality materials, the home features a vaulted ceiling and practical floor plans that create a spacious, airy atmosphere. Set on a nature and forest plot, the property provides privacy and scenic views from every room, giving a feeling of being tucked away in the forest. The house has several terraces, including a large 110 m² terrace along the south and west sides, an eastern terrace, and one at the front. From all terraces, you can enjoy views of the surrounding heath and tall trees. Inside, the living room and kitchen are modernly furnished with a ceramic stove, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The living area includes a dining space, comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove, a Smart TV with free Danish channels, German channels via mobile streaming, a stereo system with CD player, and free Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), one with a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm), and one with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). The bathroom features a spa bath, sauna, shower, washing machine, and underfloor heating, with an additional guest toilet with sink. This property is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, tranquility, and outdoor enjoyment. A shed and annex are on the property but not included in the rental, as they are not approved for residential use. Not available for youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
