In addition, there is an annex that allows for a peaceful afternoon nap - ideal for those seeking a little extra privacy. The kitchen is practical and open and directly connected to the spacious living room, so you can be part of the community while the food is being prepared. The living room is flooded with light from both the windows and skylights, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Facilities and outdoor areas: After a hike in the surrounding forests and lakes, pamper yourself with a relaxing stay in the spa for a perfect end to the day. The large terrace is ideal for cozy evenings with a barbecue and outdoor dining area and is easily accessible from the living room. Guests also have access to the shared facilities at Teglgårdsparken, including a petanque court and an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from 1/6-1/9). For the little ones, there is a children's pool and a large playground that provides plenty of opportunities for fun and games. The house is only 200 meters from Gudenåen, where you have fishing rights to a stretch of the river, so you can try your luck with the fishing rod. The beautiful nature and the many opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities make the area ideal for both adventure and relaxation. Not available for youth or craftsman groups. TV in the cottage is streaming and Chromecast only (there are no traditional channels). This cottage is the perfect base for a vacation in scenic surroundings where you can enjoy both tranquility and community. If the house has a gas grill, the guest must bring their own gas. If the house has a charcoal grill, the guest must bring their own charcoal.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
