With 65 m² of living space on a natural plot of 600 m², the house combines simple, cozy furnishings with everything needed for a relaxing stay, and it's a non-smoker house throughout. The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living room, where a pellet stove provides pleasant warmth during the colder months. The living room also features a TV and Chromecast for evening entertainment. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, a fridge-freezer, an extractor hood, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher, while the bathroom includes a washing machine, toilet, sink, and shower niche. A standout feature is the indoor sauna, accommodating up to 4 people, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. A conservatory allows for year-round use, extending the living space beyond the summer months. Outside, you'll find a tiled terrace, a garden grill for outdoor dining, and an air-to-air heat pump for added comfort. The property is just 300 metres from the beach, with a restaurant only 200 metres away and a grocery store within 2.5 km. It's also just a 30-minute bus ride to Aarhus from the nearby stop, making it easy to combine peaceful summer house living with city access. Please note: not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
