This holiday cottage is located in a scenic area on a large plot with panoramic views of Ebeltoft Vig approx. 300 m from the house. Here you can swim, windsurf and even fish or take a walk along the water a lovely autumn day and feel the wind blow. This house is a gem, in the best Danish design. Here you can frolic in the 5.5 x3x1. 2 m large swimming pool and afterwards go in the sauna and take on the warm temperature. All in all, a house where the holiday will be just rewarding summer and winter. The interior is bright and modern with bright wooden ceilings and floors. TV channels via Viasat. The pool room and bathroom have heated tiled floors, so no one gets cold feet. The living room is tastefully furnished with large glass windows looking out onto a large, open terrace. The good layout with 2 large bedrooms and 2 children's rooms makes the house attractive for 2 families to spend their holiday together. There is a sandpit in the garden. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
