The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, six single beds and a double folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna. The badroom is equipped with a shower and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop (electric), a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

With a total of 192 m² spread over three floors, there is plenty of space for both shared activities and relaxation. The house has space for up to 10 people and offers four good bedrooms and an extra bed for two people in the living room. Please note that one of the beds is a junior bed. After a day at the North Sea or on adventures in the area, you can relax in the house's sauna or gather in the cozy living rooms. There is the option of streaming your own services, and the house is equipped with both Danish and German TV channels, so entertainment is guaranteed for the whole family. Outdoors you will find an enclosed garden, which provides a safe environment for both children and dogs. Here, children can frolic on the trampoline (used at their own risk), while adults enjoy their holiday in peaceful surroundings. The townhouse is centrally located in Bøvlingbjerg, within easy reach of grocery shopping and local shops, such as the hornvarefabrikken. At the same time, it is only a short drive to the North Sea and the popular bathing area at Høfde Q, which is known for its clean bathing water, good facilities and beautiful coastal nature. This is the perfect holiday home for those of you who want plenty of space, cozy surroundings and a central base for experiences in West Jutland. Please note: DanCenter and the homeowner do not provide service on the inflatable spa. Any faults, defects or operational disruptions at the spa do not give rise to compensation or price reductions.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

There is a lake/open water less than 7,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near BF-3VB3N in Bøvlingbjerg you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
