From the moment you arrive at this charming vacation home, you sense that it is a true labor of love. Situated on a beautiful natural plot of over 2,600 m² and surrounded by trees, the wooden house combines privacy and tranquility with a connection to nature. Originally built in 1971, the property has been continuously renovated, most recently in 2020, giving it a contemporary and comfortable feel while retaining its warm, personal character. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, where a cozy wood-burning stove adds warmth and atmosphere. Large windows throughout the house ensure plenty of natural light and offer views of the surrounding landscape, creating a bright and inviting interior. There are three small but comfortable bedrooms, each with a 140 cm wide double bed, while the third bedroom has two beds measuring 80 and 90 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and dryer, providing practical amenities for a comfortable stay. Outside, a large covered terrace on the south side allows you to enjoy the outdoors in almost any weather. An elevated outdoor area provides stunning views of the surrounding green spaces, river meadows, and plantations, where you can observe local wildlife up close. Please note that the terrace is not fenced. Entertainment is available via Chromecast for streaming from your own providers, as there is no TV channel package. With its combination of charm, comfort, and scenic surroundings, this property offers an ideal setting for a peaceful and memorable getaway. Rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
