Holiday home located in the fantastic nature of Central Jutland, centrally located between Silkeborg, Aarhus, Randers, and Viborg. The house was renovated in 2023, including additional insulation in the attic, a new kitchen, and repainting of all surfaces. The house is bright and well-designed with an open-plan kitchen and living room. There is a bathroom and three good bedrooms, two of which are furnished with single beds that can be pushed together to form double beds.The house has modern furnishings and is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. An air-to-air heat pump ensures energy-efficient and comfortable heating of the house.There is a 216L chest freezer in the shed. The 15m² covered terrace, located as a natural extension of the kitchen/family room, has a barbecue and dining area. The house is situated on a 2,700 m² enclosed plot on a quiet forest road. The plot is covered with bushes and tall trees on all sides and appears as a genuine nature plot. For children, there is plenty of space to play among the trees. The house is located in a small, cozy cottage area with nice paths and access to the hiking trail along the Gudenåen river. At the back of the cottage area, there is a grassy area with soccer goals, a petanque court, etc. The cottage is ideal for fishing. It is only 1 km to the nearest Put and Take lake, and Central Jutland offers unparalleled fishing opportunities of a high standard. There is a chest freezer in the cottage shed for your big catch. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
