Located in Aarhus North, this modern apartment combines raw concrete interiors with practical comforts and a lively setting close to the university. Designed with input from Bungalow5, the accommodation is part of a Green Key certified building that also holds a DGNB award for its focus on sustainable construction. With a full kitchen and a comfortable layout, it is well suited to singles or couples looking for an independent stay.

The apartment has an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, cookware, dishes and other essentials for preparing meals. A dining table for two also works well as a laptop-friendly workspace, with fast WiFi available throughout. The queen-size bed measures 150x200 cm and comes with warm duvets and hypoallergenic pillows. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light, while darkening curtains help create a comfortable sleeping environment. A private bathroom with a shower, 43-inch Samsung Smart TV, heating, towels, hairdryer and iron complete the space. Guests can also use the free laundry room on the ground floor.

The apartment is around an 8-minute walk from the Universitetet light rail station, with trains reaching central Aarhus in about five minutes. The route into the city passes Aarhus University and ARoS Aarhus Art Museum, where visitors can see the famous Rainbow Panorama. The nearby Basecamp area adds a youthful atmosphere with places to spend time, while the harbour area is also easily reached by light rail. Pets are welcome at no additional fee. Guests should note that a transformer station behind the building can occasionally produce a low, constant sound when nearby windows are open.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
