The holiday home for 20 persons has four bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with ten single beds, three double beds and four single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a CD player, a TV, a stereo and a heater. In addition there is a billiard, a football table, a terrace, a barbecue, a sauna, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with four toilets and four baths or showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an oven and a convection microwave.

Well-furnished holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities located approx. 1200 m from the ocean at Vejby Strand. The pool section has both a large swimming pool with counter-current system, large built-in prefilled whirlpool and a sauna for 4-6 people. The pool is 18 m² and has a slide for the children. The activity room has table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. There are TVs in more rooms and both PlayStation4 and DVD player. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping sections. Each section has a bathroom and there is an extra bathroom adjacent to the pool area. The living/dining room is tastefully furnished with stereo set with CD player, TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. There are 2 spacious mezzanines; one has mattresses and the other is for playing and has bean bags and a TV. The well-furnished kitchen has a large fridge, freezer and dish washer. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
