On the way to the beach, you pass through the forest, where you will encounter small man-made lakes and traces from the time when coal and clay were once mined in the area. The house features a practical entrance and utility room with sink and washing machine. From here, you have access to a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, perfect for relaxing after an active day. The open kitchen and living area is the heart of the home, offering a bright, well-equipped kitchen, a dining corner, and a cozy lounge. A wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient heat pump provide warmth and comfort, while the large windows allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature. From the living room, there are two exits to the spacious terrace that wraps around the entire house. Thanks to its design, you can always choose between sun or shade. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
