Inside, the home is built from premium materials throughout, featuring smooth nanotech-treated kitchen surfaces, warm wooden flooring, and two luxurious bathrooms with underfloor heating (one boasting an elegant designer bathtub). The layout is smartly divided into two distinct sleeping wings—each with its own bathroom—making it exceptionally well-suited for two families or generations traveling together. In total, the house accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms (three with double beds and one room with two single beds, where one daybed measures 170 cm in length). At the heart of the home, the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area is flooded with natural light from large windows that frame the sweeping views across the water toward the Hornsherred peninsula. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
