The bright living room includes a TV and direct access to one of the many terraces, where you can relax in the sun or enjoy dinner under the open sky. There are four good-sized bedrooms with a total of three double beds and one single bed – all rooms have direct access to the terrace, allowing you to start your day with a morning coffee in the sun. Two loft areas with double beds offer additional flexible sleeping space for children or guests, and there's also a cozy lounge with a TV as an extra shared space. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, electric hob, microwave, and fridge, and offers easy access to the terrace – making it convenient to serve holiday meals outdoors. The house has two bathrooms – one with a shower, toilet, sink, dishwasher, and washing machine, and a second with a shower and toilet, ensuring comfort even for larger groups. Electric heating makes the house suitable for year-round use. Outside, you'll find a large 1,000 m² natural plot with plenty of room for play, ball games, or relaxing. Several sunny terraces offer both sun and shade throughout the day – perfect for laid-back holiday moments and cozy barbecue evenings. This is the ideal base for a wonderful holiday in scenic Tisvilde – with the beach and sea nearby, charming cafés and shops in Tisvildeleje, and easy access to Liseleje’s more accessible beach area.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
