The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds, two double beds and four single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a stereo, a game console, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a billiard, a table tennis table, a football table, a terrace and a swimming pool and there are two jacuzzis and two saunas. The badroom is equipped with three showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher and a stove.

Not far from Jægerspris, Roskilde Fjord, and close to beautiful nature, you will find this luxurious vacation home with room for 16 people. Fun and games are guaranteed in the vacation home's very own pool area. Here you will find both a hot tub and a large indoor swimming pool with Roman steps, a water slide, and a counter-current system. The pool is ready to jump into as soon as you arrive, so be sure to pack your swimsuits at the top of your bag. The swimming experience is for everyone, including the adults, and outside you will find both a hot tub and a sauna. Here you can enjoy the evenings in the fresh air while recharging your batteries in full wellness style. When vacationing together, it is important to have plenty of space to gather around a table and enjoy a delicious meal. There is, of course, room for this in the center of the luxury house, the large and bright kitchen/family room where you will find both a long dining table and a cozy sofa corner in front of the TV. This room also has a wood-burning stove, which can provide warmth and comfort on cool days. The kitchen is spacious and equipped to make cooking for many people a breeze. There is plenty of space to spread out and several large rooms, so you can split up and do exactly what you want. In the large activity room, for example, you can play games and compete all day long. Here you will find billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts. You can also play PlayStation 4 or relax in the luxury house's bar. There are six bedrooms with double and single beds. The six rooms are divided into two sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom. There is also an extra bathroom in the pool area, where you will also find a sauna. The remaining four beds are located in the loft of the cottage, where younger guests in particular will find it cozy to spend the night. Outdoors, you will find a swing, sandbox, play tower, and trampoline for the cottage's youngest guests (use at your own risk/insurance). The partially covered terrace is perfect for barbecues or sunbathing on hot days. Not available for rental to youth groups. The caretaker reads the consumption before filling the SPA and leaves a note with the consumption figures on the table.

Layout

On 4,5 kilometer of BF-XVTH5 you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 800 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 4 kilometer. You can also relax, because near BF-XVTH5 in Jægerspris you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
