The bathroom is designed for modern convenience, featuring a shower cubicle and underfloor heating for added comfort. For entertainment and connectivity, the house includes a radio and TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, and microwave, making it easy to prepare family meals while enjoying the coastal scenery. Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, which sits on a 958 m² garden plot just 200 meters from the water. Guests can relax on the covered terrace, light the garden grill, or take advantage of the private canoe and life jackets provided for exploring the fjord. Children will find plenty to do with various play items and a football goal, while the nearby jetty offers a child-friendly spot for swimming. Please note that while the outdoor sauna is available for guest use, the wilderness bath remains private.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
