Inside, an open-plan kitchen and living area with high ceilings creates a bright and inviting space for family life. The modern kitchen includes a cooking island, dishwasher, induction hob with integrated extractor, oven, and fridge-freezer. Roof windows can be opened to let out heat on warm summer days, keeping the interior fresh and comfortable. All rooms, including the two bathrooms, are fitted with underfloor heating supplied by an energy-efficient heat pump. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a bunk bed with three berths, making it ideal for families or small groups. A practical utility room with a washing machine adds convenience for longer stays. Outside, a well-screened wooden terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a charcoal grill, and two sun loungers, providing a relaxing space to enjoy the outdoors in privacy. A carport is included, complete with a charging station for electric vehicles. Please note that rentals to youth or work groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
