The house is completely secluded at the end of a gravel road in its own forest surrounded by fields, meadows, and rolling horse pastures. The summer house is the old Arrenakken camp school, which is now a unique summer house in the middle of the most beautiful nature in the protected Arrenakke hills, from the top of which you can see both the Kattegat, Arresø, and Roskilde fjord on a clear day. In recent years, the summer house has undergone a thorough renovation with respect for the origin and history of the place, so that today it appears inviting and usable for many purposes, e.g. for the large, space-consuming family with many guests, several generations, a retreat or similar. The property consists of two separate houses. The three-winged camp school of 300 m2 is furnished with a large kitchen/family room with a wood-burning stove and a living room. There are nine bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which are directly connected to a bedroom and the other two have original school sinks as well as two toilets and two shower cubicles in each. Surrounding the house are several cozy terraces, sunny spots, the old grassy ball field, herb garden, and flagpole.The house is located close to Liseleje and Asserbo golf clubs. The house shares a plot with summer house 51788, but there is a natural boundary between the houses. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
