The entrance is conveniently accessed from the carport leading to the terrace, from which you step directly into the living room and its dining area, situated close to the kitchen. The living room features a cozy sofa area with a TV, a wood-burning stove for cool evenings, and a single fold-out bed (140 cm wide) for extra sleeping capacity. The entertainment is modern, including a Chromecast for streaming. The house offers comfortable sleeping arrangements with two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (1DS), and the second has two single beds (2S). The kitchen is well-equipped for your self-catering needs, including an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bathroom is complete with a toilet, sink, and shower. For climate comfort, the house is heated by electric heating and features an efficient air-to-air heat pump. Outside, the property sits on a natural 883 m² plot, offering plenty of space for play. A trampoline is available in the garden (used at your own risk/insurance). The outdoor area includes garden furniture and a charcoal grill on the terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. The location is convenient, situated in a holiday home area with a grocer just 897m away, the town center 812m away, and the train station only 720m away. Additionally, two bicycles are available for rent. Please note that this is a non-smoking house and is not rented out to youth groups or groups of craftsmen.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
