Built from the ground up on Dahlerupsgade in collaboration with local design studio Indretningsfabrikken, these 85-square-meter upper-floor residences blend bold, bright Scandinavian functionality with calm waterfront access. Positioned seven minutes on foot from Tivoli Gardens, Town Hall Square, and the Central Station, you step straight from the city's pulsing core onto the quiet, tree-lined perimeter paths of Copenhagen's iconic lakes.
Elevator access lifts you to your floor, where digital keyless entry opens directly into a sunlit open-plan living landscape. At one end, a full-wall bespoke kitchen is outfitted with an oven, stove, microwave, full fridge, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso station. A custom joiner-built dining table centers communal meals for six. Around the corner, a dedicated lounge grouping features comfortable seating and a sofa that converts into a high-quality queen bed (160x200cm) with warm duvets, paired with a 50-inch smart TV and Apple TV.
Flanking the main space, two light-filled king bedrooms offer hypoallergenic pillow selections and warm duvets (the master king bed splits into twin singles upon request). Two full dual-sink bathrooms service the floorplan, equipped with laundry facilities (washer and dryer), ironing stations, and a massive walk-in shower for two.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
