Stepping inside, you are welcomed into a vibrant living area designed for both relaxation and productivity, featuring a cozy sofa that doubles as a pull-out bed, a TV for movie nights, a dedicated workspace desk, and a dining table with room for everyone. The full kitchen comes fully equipped with essentials like a stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, and a Nespresso machine for your morning brew. Two comfortable bedrooms branch off the living space, each outfitted with a large king-size bed, room-darkening shades, and convenient power outlets, accompanied by a clean, well-appointed bathroom with fresh towels.

Step outside into a surprisingly calm and serene neighborhood filled with quaint parks, cafés, and great restaurants. When you want to venture further, catch a nearby harbor water bus to the Opera House and the colorful townhouses of Nyhavn, or walk to the nearby Østerport station and Marmorkirken metro for fast connections across the city.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
