Back in the central living space, a third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while a relaxation area features a queen-size sofa bed and a 50-inch smart TV for cozy movie nights. A large dining table seating eight sits ready for shared meals, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, statement fridge, and an adjoining utility room with a dishwasher. The home includes 1.5 stylish bathrooms—one with a toilet and sink, and a second with a walk-in shower—alongside a secondary hallway providing direct access to the building's elevator.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
