The bright bathroom is modern, with underfloor heating and a washer-dryer column. The property is also heated via a heat pump, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate all year round. The living room invites relaxation and socializing in bright, comfortable surroundings, with cable TV and fast, stable internet. For families with young children, a high chair and travel cot are provided, so even the smallest guests are considered. Outside, two cozy covered terraces await, perfect for enjoying holiday days with grilling, good meals, and the fresh sea air. From the north-facing terrace, you might even catch a glimpse of deer in the forest edge – a charming reminder of the area’s peaceful nature. The lawn area down toward the sea is free to use, and a small path from the property leads directly to the beach at charming Hammerhavn. The area offers attractive shared facilities for both children and adults, including a large playground with a giant jumping pillow, zipline, swings, slide, and pétanque court. In addition, there are charging stations for electric cars in the area. The home is situated in a quiet, well-maintained area with short distance to the impressive rocky coast and numerous beautiful, hilly walking and cycling trails. The charming coastal town of Sandvig is just a short ride away, offering lovely sandy beaches, small picturesque streets, and cozy cafés. Note: Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
