Here you live in the middle of some of Bornholm's most spectacular nature, surrounded by rocky coastline, sea views and idyllic surroundings. The home appears bright, inviting and harmonious with a functional split-level interior. The open kitchen is stylish and well-equipped with, among other things, an induction hob and a separate oven with grill function, which creates the perfect setting for cozy meals at your relaxed holiday pace. The bright bathroom is modernly decorated with underfloor heating and a sink, and the home is also heated with a heat pump, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The living room invites you to relax and socialize in bright, comfortable surroundings with cable TV. For families with small children, there is both a high chair and a travel cot, so even the smallest guests are included. Outside, two cozy, covered terraces await you, where you can enjoy your vacation days with barbecues, delicious dinners and the fresh sea air. From the north-facing terrace, you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of deer in the forest edge – an atmospheric reminder of the area’s peaceful nature. The grassy area down towards the sea is free to use, and a small path from the area leads directly down to the beach at charming Hammerhavn. The area offers attractive communal facilities for both children and adults, including a large playground with a giant bouncy castle, cable car, swings, slide and petanque court. There are also charging stations for electric cars in the area. The home is located in a quiet and well-maintained area with a short distance to the impressive rocky coast and a wealth of beautiful, hilly nature trails and cycle routes. The cozy coastal town of Sandvig is only a short walk away and entices with its lovely sandy beach, small charming alleys and atmospheric cafes. Note: Not rented to youth groups and Bedroom with 140x200 cm bed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
