General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a central heating, a fireplace and a television. In addition there is a swimming pool, a barbecue, a terrace, a sauna, garden furniture, a balcony and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a freezer, a garage, a Internet connection, a fridge and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and een baby bath.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, a waterboiler, a stovetop (gas, 4 pits), a coffee maker, an oven (gas) and a microwave.

Linen

In the holiday home you will find bed linnen, bathroom textiles and kitchen textiles.

This beautifully renovated stone cottage accommodates up to 10 guests and is located in the peaceful village of Mnetěš, at the foot of the legendary Mount Říp, just 25 minutes from Prague by car.

The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, cycling and discovering the natural beauty of Central Bohemia. You can walk directly from the cottage to Mount Říp, one of the most important historical landmarks in the Czech Republic. Other popular attractions nearby include Terezín Memorial, Mělník Castle, the historic town of Litoměřice, Hazmburk Castle, the Elbe cycling trail, and Máchovo Lake with its beaches and water sports.

After a day of exploring, relax in the private sauna, enjoy a barbecue in the garden, or spend a cosy evening by the fireplace. During the summer months, children can have fun in the outdoor swimming pool (240 cm), on the trampoline and in the sandpit.

The cottage is an ideal choice for families with children, groups of friends, cyclists and anyone looking for peaceful accommodation within easy reach of Prague. Free parking is available in front of the house, with one additional private parking space behind the gate.

The cottage offers approximately 150 m² of living space on three floors and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

You will enter into a sitting room (satellite TV, DVD player, bar, table, chairs) through the ground floor. You can enter on the lower level to the first shower (warm/cold water) or use the sauna. Furthermore, you might follow through a few stairs into an open bar or to the fully equipped kitchen (warm/cold water, kitchen equipment, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster). From the kitchen, you can enter the second bathroom (warm/cold water, shower, washing machine) or to the toilet.

Through the entrance room, you can enter upstairs on the first floor where are situated children's room (2x single bed, 1x extra bed) and bedroom (2x single bed/double bed, 2x extra beds). Above is the attic floor, which you can enter through the second bedroom or through the garden. On the attic floor are situated two similar rooms (1x extra bed, 1x fold-out bed 110cm for one person) and toilet. Each of these attic rooms has a small balcony which gives a wonderful view onto Rip Hill.

This chalet is set among beautiful natural surroundings near the National Monument of "Říp" Hill, where at the top you'll find the 12th century rotunda of St. George.

The capital of Prague is only 30 minutes away. This beautiful city of Central Europe is full of sights, including Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and Wenceslas Square. You'll find plenty of shops here, as well as a selection of restaurants with local food and more.

Máchov Lake is a popular recreational area with a beach, water sports centre, tour boats, slide, beach ball and bungee jumping. At this lake you won't be bored: besides the tours and water activities, you have the opportunity to play mini-golf, football, volleyball, or chess on a big chess board. Children will enjoy the playground and there is also a good tree for climbing!

Other options: you can surf at the yacht club in the town of Doksy.

Theresa City is a good example of a garrison village in the spirit of classical architecture. During the Second World War, it was a concentration camp for Jewish residents from all across Europe. This was the prison of the Prague Gestapo. Today, it is an impressive monument in memory of the victims of Nazism.

There are also many castles in the area, for example Nelahozeves and Mělník.

On 200 meter of Chalet Lucie you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 8 kilometer. You can shop in Mnetěš on 150 meter from your holiday home. Want even more activities? The nearby area features shopping, going out, play tennis, golfing, water sports and your holiday home's surroundings features fitness. You can also relax, because near Chalet Lucie in Mnetěš you can go to the city, the beach, the water, a vineyard or a welnesscentre.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
