Located just 500 meters from the Klínovec cable car valley station, it offers easy access to the popular Klínovec ski area with its 4 cable cars, ski lifts, baby lifts, ski rentals, and schools. The ski area connects via ski bus to Oberwiesenthal in Germany, expanding your winter adventure options.
In summer, enjoy hiking or scooter rides down Mount Klínovec. The cozy living/dining room features a wood stove with firewood, and the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Relax on the terrace or stay connected with Wi-Fi. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
Please note, student parties, bachelor parties, and drinking parties are prohibited to maintain a peaceful stay. Parking is available nearby.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
