Exclusive Retreat Slavinka is a newly built traditional wooden house with extensive garden is located in a quiet area of a picturesque village of Janov on the edge of the Bohemian Switzerland NP. It is an ideal starting point for your hikes / bike trips to the Kamenice river Gorges, the biggest sandstone arch in Europe - Pravčická brána, Elbe sandstone rocks and many other wonderful places. For golf sport lovers is directly in Janov village 9-hole course, grocery store, restaurants and pizzeria.

Exclusive Retreat Slavinka, a newly built wooden building, offers unique accommodation in a traditional style. All interiors are furnished to correspond with the concept of the materials used in the construction. On the ground floor there is a bedroom for 2 people, a spacious living room, a dining room with a table for up to 8 people and an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, an entrance hall and entrance to the tarrace. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedroms - one is for up to 4 people and other is for 2 people expandable by 1 more cot. All main rooms (bedrooms, living room) are air conditioned. The building has drinking water directly from the water supply system. All opening windows and French doors are fitted with insect screens.

The ground floor is completely covered with stylish ceramic tiles with underfloor heating powered by an electric boiler and the possibility of using a fireplace stove. The first floor has a pleasant vinyl floor coverage. The host offers to our guests for a fee, upon agreement, the use of a home wallbox charger for electric cars and hybrids, that is installed in a neighboring property (approx. 50 meters from the parking lot).

The building is located on a completely fenced plot with a garden and a south-facing terrace with a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding nature. Free parking right next to the house for up to 4 cars, the possibility of locking the bicycles in storage.

The access road to Exclusive Retreat Slavinka is located opposite the lower pond in Janov, approx. 250 meters from the crossroad in the direction to Arnoltice village, next to the house with reference number Janov 59 (tall white three-story building).

Exclusive Retreat Slavinka offers unique stay on a fenced plot with a large garden and a beautiful view of nature from the southern terrace. The accommodation is located 3 km from Hřensko, from where you can go to the countless natural beauties of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park. These are primarily the Pravčická Brána, the largest natural gate in Europe, as well as a romantic cruise through the Gorges, or a trip to the Dolský Mlýn. You can admire the natural beauty in the entire surroundings of the Exclusive Retreat Slavinka.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
