On the outskirts Šach, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: property, swimming pool (10 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with salt water. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the complex: lounge with TV, hot tub, central heating system. Parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 2.3 km, bus stop "Volfířov,Šach" 500 m, railway station "Velký Pečín" 11 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
