"Fish & Boat", 3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining table. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, kettle, microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: walk-through room with 2 beds. (steep stair), 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and TV. Electric heating. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Two electric heaters.
1 km from Lipno: Cosy cottage "Hůrka", 2 storeys, detached. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Černá v Pošumaví, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, 600 m from the lake. Private: property 600 m2, garden (not fenced). Garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: storage room for bicycles, roof terrace, central heating system, washing machine. Rowing boat (Local agreement), parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Černá v Pošumaví" 1.3 km, railway station "Černá v Pošumaví", outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, public bathing area 600 m. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
